Cancellation Policy
Minimum of 2 Business days notice must be given to Dusty Genie before cancelation or rescheduling of booked service. Failure to give sufficient will result in the charge of 50% of agreed fee for the scheduled clean.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If for any reason the client is unhappy with the quality of work provided by the cleaner the client must report this to Dusty Genie cleaning within 12 hours. Once reported to Dusty Genie, we will asses the quality of work and what was requested prior to the clean. If the complaint was found reasonable, Dusty Genie cleaning agrees to have cleaner return to complete the clean to expections.
